Omron Automation | CES
Experiential Design, 50x60 ft. booth concept, final graphics, and supporting collateral
For CES 2020, I led full creative ideation for Omron Automation’s booth experience, anchoring the theme of harmony between nature and technology - automation and AI does not oppose nature, they complement and work within each other. This theme was woven deeply into each touchpoint of the booth. The scope is as follows:
Developed full booth concept and theme - including master comp bringing the concept to life across large exhibit walls
Design glass etching window panes, digital screen graphics, cobot Omron-branded stacking blocks, supporting collateral (i.e. postcards, handouts, giveaways) as well as wayfinding booth signage
Primary creative point of contact: collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and leadership
The Omron CES booth was a visual and strategic success, reinforcing the brand’s “Sensing & Control + Think” philosophy through a dynamic and immersive space. It offered a fresh perspective on tech storytelling, blending industrial innovation with organic undertones, positioning Omron as a global leader in human-machine harmony.
Omron Automation | CES
Experiential Design, 50x50 ft. booth Graphics & supporting campaign collateral
For Omron’s presence at CES 2018, I contributed to the visual development of the booth environment as well as supporting print collateral handed out to attendees. My work focused on clean, informative design that reflected Omron’s future-forward innovations in robotics, AI, and automation. The scope was as follows:
Design key booth graphics to support brand recognition
Create print collateral and handouts utilized by booth staff and sales team
Ensure visual consistency across signage, screens, and physical materials
This event marked the U.S. debut of Forpheus, Omron’s ping pong-playing robot, which drew significant media attention while introducing a broader audience to the company’s tech platform.
